Meet Kaden Connell
Kaden Connell, owner of Connell Excavation, grew up surrounded by the construction industry. From a young age he developed a fascination with heavy machinery and job sites, eventually turning that early interest into a career.
Kaden began his professional journey in landscaping before expanding into excavation and site work. Over the years he worked closely alongside his father, Robert Connell, who has spent his life in the construction industry and helped teach Kaden the skills and work ethic that shape the company today.
Today, Kaden leads Connell Excavation with a focus on reliable service, professional equipment, and quality work for homeowners and contractors throughout MA and NH.
Meet Robert Connell
Robert Connell has spent his life working in the construction and excavation industry. With decades of hands-on experience, he brings a deep knowledge of site work, utilities, and heavy equipment to every project.
Robert played a key role in passing down the skills and work ethic that built Connell Excavation. Today, he continues to work alongside his son Kaden, helping guide projects and ensuring the same level of quality and dedication that has defined his career.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his dogs, Edee and Phil, and riding his motorcycle whenever the weather allows.

Our Story
Although many construction companies are passed down from generation to generation, Connell Excavation was built from the ground up in 2003 with a simple goal: to work hard and deliver quality results.
In the early years, Kaden invested in a variety of trucks and heavy equipment — many of which required significant repair — and restored them himself to help grow the business. Through determination, long hours, and a commitment to doing the job right, Connell Excavation steadily expanded its capabilities and reputation.
Since those early beginnings, Kaden and Robert have worked with hundreds of homeowners and contractors throughout the MA and NH, helping bring projects to life through reliable excavation, site preparation, and utility work.
Today, the company continues to grow through the recommendations of satisfied clients, with the same focus on hard work, dependable service, and quality craftsmanship that built the business from the start.
